Shipping
Returns & Exchanges
Domestic Shipping
We strive to send your shoes to you as quickly as possible. We offer standard shipping on U.S. orders via USPS. You will receive your order anywhere from 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 1-7 days to process your order.
International Shipping
International shipping (outside of the U.S.) is $30. Delivery dates vary from 1-7 days. For information on expected delivery date, please use your tracking number to track your package.
Tracking Your Package
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package from the USPS first scan to delivery day. Please note that we are not liable for any missing packages that USPS confirms as delivered. Please leave in note in the shopping cart if you would like to require a signature.
How to Exchange
We do not accept returns; only exchanges. All exchanged items must be shipped back to Shoe Plush with 10 calendar days in order to be processed. Shoes must be unworn and in the original packaging. Items purchased with discounts or on sale are not eligible for exchanges.
3 Steps for Exchanging Shoes:
1. Email us at info@shoeplush.com with your order number, item you would like to send back, and item you want instead.
2. Include your shoes in their original packaging.
3 Ship the item(s) back to 629 North Washington Blvd. Sarasota, Florida 34236.
Exchanges will be processed 1-10 days after we receive the shoes.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We work hard to ensure that you receive quality merchandise with every purchase. However, in the event that you receive the wrong item or something is wrong with your purchase, please notify us via email at info@shoeplush.com. Then ship the items back to 629 North Washington Blvd. Sarasota, Florida 34236.
